He designed AI algorithms at National Center for Tumor Diseases and German Cancer Research Institute. At Synaptiq, he plans to use his knowledge for revolutionizing the Healthcare Industry.
Well-versed in planning, advertising and organizing large-scale educational and corporate affairs, Diana graduated Bachelor and Master’s degree in Business Administration.
She worked for 3 years as an HR Analyst also contributing to the marketing strategies of the company. With her experience gained so far Diana will bring all the knowledge to develop Synaptiq’s branding and culture while making our vision known.
Lucian graduated M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence, and is now pursuing a PhD program in Machine Learning. He is passionate about solving real-life problems and providing efficient and reliable solutions.
At Synaptiq, he is determined to come up with innovative approaches to enhance the Med-Tech industry, and ultimately the everyday well-being of people around the world.
Logical thinker and lover of coordination Roxana graduated Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Economics. Willing to understand each domain from medicine to economics and to automation she loves to meet highly skilled people and to discuss evolution.
Her affinity for economics combined with technological curiosities and also the experience with financial consulting motivates her to support Synaptiq’s quest for innovation.
Driven by his passion for AI and ambition to understand the human mind, Dragos obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at University of Amsterdam.
He worked as an AI researcher in the Radiotherapy department at VUMC Amsterdam Cancer Research Institute. He plans to use his knowledge and experience to improve the quality of medical services through Synaptiq.
An experienced researcher, Marius completed his PhD in AI at University of Alberta, following a Master in AI at University of Edinburgh and a Master applying ML for the Faculty of Physics, University of Bucharest.
He is currently involved in several ML projects at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and has collaborated with companies such as Infineon and Creative Assembly. He is a passionate problem-solver and plans to use his professional expertise at Synaptiq to design high-quality and robust solutions for pressing healthcare challenges.
Passionate about human health care and with a strong interest in the dynamic fusion between medical knowledge and technical skills, Andreea obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Modern Technologies for Medical Engineering at the Politehnica University of Bucharest.
Her professional experience has brought her knowledge of medical device regulations (ISO 13485, CE MDR 2017/745) and medical device development process. She joined the team in order to support Synaptiq navigating the complex landscape of medical device certification process.
Medical graduate, with a diverse background spanning both the pharmaceutical industry and oncology clinics, Cornelius brings a wealth of experience to the table as a medical professional. His journey began in Big Pharma, where he honed his skills in medical representation and product management. Transitioning into the fields of oncology and radiology, I delved into the intricacies of promotion, marketing, and public relations within clinical settings.
Remus is the lead of our medical team. He has a Bachelor’s degree in General Medicine, over 5 years experience as a radiation oncologist and more than 2 years of experience as a medical consultant (annotation process) in the HealthTech start-up environment.
Adrian holds a Medical degree in General Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine “Carol Davila” Bucharest and obtained a Golden Medal at EUSO (European Union Science Olympiad, 2012, Vilnius, Lithuania).
Sabina holds a Medical Degree in General Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” Bucharest, and is a third-year Radiation Oncology resident with more than 1 year of experience in AI systems. She has a driven personality who isn’t afraid to face challenges and has a keen interest in developing AI-contouring technologies.
Bogdan holds a Medical degree in General Medicine from the University of Medicine “Carol Davila” Bucharest and is a radiation therapy resident in the 3rd year, having 1 year of experience in AI.
Maria has a Bachelor’s degree in General Medicine from the “Victor Papilian” Faculty of Medicine Sibiu and is currently a second year resident at the Institute of Oncology Bucharest specialising in Radiation Oncology.
Bogdan is a Radiation Oncology Specialist with expertise in using artificial intelligence to optimize cancer treatments. With over 4 years of experience, 3 of which also as an annotator and consultant, he is passionate about innovation and constantly improving clinical outcomes by integrating AI into medical practice. He aims to be an expert in radiation treatment planning and management, using advanced technologies and AI to deliver personalized therapies to patients.
Alexandru has a degree in General Medicine from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” Bucharest, is a resident in Radiation Oncology, has 3 years of experience in surgical oncology, and is also a technology enthusiast.
Cristina has a Bachelor’s degree in General Medicine from the “Iuliu Hatieganu” University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She is a Resident Doctor specialised in Radiation Oncology and has over 1.5 years of experience as a Medical Consultant in the AI field.
Razvan is a specialist in radiation oncology and has over 4 years of experience in contouring.
Francisco is one of the newest members of our medical team. He has a Bachelor’s degree in General Medicine from the “Iuliu Hatieganu” University in Cluj-Napoca and over 4 years of experience as a radiation oncologist.
